The A100 series pneumatic horn is a diaphragm horn operated by compressed air. It can be operated by solenoid or manually, making it suitable for both normal and emergency operation.
In manual mode, the horn can sound even if power to the solenoid is lost. An optional heater is available for operation in freezing marine conditions.
A separate push-button and an automatic fog signal controller allow remote control from the bridge console.
Fonctionnement
La bocina neumática de la serie A100 es una bocina de diafragma, operada por aire comprimido. Su funcionamiento puede ser por solenoide o manual, lo cual es ideal tanto para operaciones normales como de emergencia.
En el modo de operación manual, la bocina puede sonar incluso en caso de un apagón del solenoide. Se suministra opcionalmente un calentador para permitir su funcionamiento en zonas marítimas congeladas.
Un botón pulsador independiente y un controlador automático de señales de niebla permiten el control remoto desde la consola del puente.
